Achy muscles - but the good kind

I danced hard last night.  3 hours of teaching, including one awesome but physically taxing dip, all done in yesterday's heat left me zonked by the end of class.  I got home, stretched, took a shower and fell into bed.

Today I could sure feel that class.  Muscles I haven't heard from for awhile were chiming in to say hello.  And achy as it might be, it is also a good feeling.  It is that acknowledgment from your body that you really got out there and worked, pushed those normally desk bound muscles hard.  Every twinge is a memory of dance and they are good memories.

Hmmm, more dancing tonight - bring it on!
